Walking and watching carb in take and sugar.Also, no wheat or pasta.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

Was feeling frustrated but decided to keep going. If it is a pound a week lost so be it. That is 1 less.
