I think this is because I'm sick. It might also be that I am vegan and have started having green smoothies for breakfast and salads for dinner. Or maybe it's because I decided to slow down and not be so stressed out as a grad student. It could be any of these, or all of them maybe. Who knows?
154.5 lb Lost so far: 72.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
