I restarted my exercise program after getting off track for 6 months. Now I am determined to stick with it, eat better and to reach my target weight of 200 lbs.
252.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
