I'm not feeling motivated these last couple of weeks. In my head I know that I must keep trucking on in order to reach my goals, but when I get home the exercise isn't the priority as it use to be. And then when I look at the scale and realize that I haven't lost any weight I start to feel like I'll never get to my goal because I lack the motivation I use to have. I continue to write in my food journal and I will admit that I've indulge from time to time in the last couple months. More than I ever have since I started my new healthy life style. The thing is I know what must be done, but I often wonder if I can continue on that path!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

I am so with you, but the way I look at it is this, unless you are completely satisfied with the way you look then you need to push forward...things happen in life and you get off track, it happens and maybe for good reason, but we need to move on and make it work! If I can do this so can you! Life gets hard and things happen, but we make it what it is! If this is truly what you are wanting then you need to jump back on the wagon and get going! You are doing so great and I know you can continue to do it!
