I did not even want to step onto the scale until I had gotten a few good days back on my plan. After a sort of chaotic week, life has settled down. I have a little bit of a gain, but I am feeling confident I can get back down and make it that last tiny bit to my goal.

146.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
