Due to crazy life and school drama I hadn't made it to the gym today but I adhered to my food goals and my scale says my weight is even down from what I was this morning (rare, but I'm not complaining). I'm hoping it has to do with my efforts to stay hydrated and eat less junk over all.
Also finally got all the dessert out of my kitchen so I no longer have mini cupcakes wafting their smell at me (tempting but I don't even enjoy them much!).
My goal this week is to run a mile at the gym and see what my time is or even if I can go further so I can assess what a good goal for running a few is (date and time-wise).

Everything's in flux as a process but I love seeing even little results <3
160.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
