Taking it easy today - half marathon tomorrow - drove boys to Miami beach last night - camping this weekend - its in the 60's and perfect weather. Beyond the campsite they have the Miami skyline lit up on the horizon - breathtaking. right on the intercoastal beach.

147.8 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
