goooooooooood mornin everyone...just gettin up an movin around...i was awake this mornin once again before the alarm went off...but when i set up in bed to think about gettin up i layed bck down...my mind kept sayin get up an do a workout, but my body said no way...i ended up takin today off from the gym...and slept a total of 11 hours last night..guess i was tired...wakin up stiff an sore this morning from all the extra been doing thru the days at brians..did get 1/2 of the bondo job done yesterday...brian tried to get me to do the rest, but i was just to tired...and told him there would be today to finish...he got mad..i could of cared less..i was tired...so wont be any gym workout today, but will be rested to do it tomow morning...hopefully....scales are the same as yesterday...was hopin they would show alittle more loss, but since i was so tired last night, i had a few chips an a bratwurst on bread for supper....it was mmmmmmmm goood...but today is a flush out the salt day....thats what happens when im tired...if i had ate it earlier in the day it wouldnt have mattered..id of worked it off thru the day...but ate it to late in the evening to get it all flushed out...o well...i kno better...but didnt care...todays a new day to do better...well gonna get up and make the bed...heheheh..if i dont crawl back in it for a few....have a greattttttttttt one today everyone...
