Need to start 30 day shred today - aaaahhhhh - not motivated.....
148.0 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Haha - Shia you're a riot! thanks! I went for a 4 mile run (very slow - more like a trot) and then I came home and threw myself into the shred - feel so good right now - thanks for the nudge! Weekend was pretty quiet - watched a lot of football - how about you?

I had a good weekend, I didn't feel great because of sinuses, but I went to a ball on Saturday.
