I slipped back up again.....

I debated lying to myself about my weight today, then decided against it.

I was back up to 216.6 this morning, then after I mowed the yard (1 1/2 hours later) I was down to 214.8! I wanted to write that weight down instead of the heavier one.

If mowing was a normal thing to do everyday, okay, but it's not, so it's not an accurate measure.

Lying to yourself about your weight is not helpful and can be hurtful in the end!!!
216.6 lb Lost so far: 57.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week

Take one day at a time. Do not focus on weight but measures. Weight fluctuates. Rokiesfan is right! even one cup of water can make it change!

Good for you.Better to be honest.I have found myself at times reluctant to record weight or food, but I feel I would be cheating myself, so I always record.
