Got up this morning and up another pound... motivated me to go for a run. Feel better now. Determined to lose 2 pounds this week.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If anybody can do it, it's you. Great job going for the run, I know sometimes that pound up can set us in a tailspin, but you did the opposite. Great job!
