now on to one pound of greens a day plus plenty of fiber and fruit. don't forget water. I know I can do this and walking should be OK tonight after soaking feet / ankle in Epsom salts and Tea tree oil.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
