I did the military diet and lost 6 lbs. Pretty Awesome.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Me too. Trying to reset habits. Have only finished 1.5 days but down 2.5 so far and that was with eating more than 1200 cals of good, real food. I've been hot though. Kind of like a continuous hot flash.

I find that drinking the water helps a lot with that.

Interesting -- just read up on the Military Diet -- I'm only about 1 month in on FS, but I'll definitely keep that plan in my back pocket for when I inevitably hit a 'plateau.' Thanks for sharing!

So, I did drop some weight doing this. I'm not sure how much though because I popped up 2 lbs over the 2 weeks prior and now I'm down 4 lbs from that, which is great because I just don't lose easily. What this has done for me is flipped a switch. I no longer crave the junk. I don't need the butter or sauces. It was like eating carrots for the first time...steamed, no butter, and found them delicious. Now the thought of eating a french fry kind of seems gross. I ended the 3rd day on Monday and I am still eating well because I like it, and feeling great.
