after vacation weight need to get back to diet. June has not been a good month for me and now have injured toe and cannot put on walking shoes. Good news is doctor says i can now eat one 550cal meal along with 2 shakes per day.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
