I topped out (this time) at 201.x. Clothes are uncomfortable. Started last week to write it all done - everything I eat - and give up ALL alcohol for a least a couple of weeks. This included 4th of July, Start I AM with fruit only, then aim for protein and fat a few hours later. LOTS of veggies - cut WAAAAAY back on the Pizza with boyfriend. Walked for the first time Thursday PM - will again tonight (Sat).
