Yes!!!
I didn’t expect to maintain…(technically not a loss, other than temporary, I think).
I guess I did slip up but not too badly. No more rapid gaining! Next up, slow loss, 5 lbs at a time.

Thx! A user of a different app than FS that is more health-and-inner-peace-focused than culinary-focused as opposed to FS, encouraged 5 lbs at a time. Who loses 5 lbs easily in one round of no learning curves or plateaus, if they are over the age of 17 and don’t play serious sports or work in an extremely active job? Oh right…you have to quickly get over those learning curves.
So I accepted the unwritten “baby step” aka actually a challenge. I am very lucky with my “2-3 lbs-at-a-time” genes, when it comes to not struggling, instead of 1 lb or a fraction of a lb, even for 27, since I’m not high-school-level active.
But junk food can affect *anyone* even if you have a high enough metabolism not to care much about whole-food-carbs, food scales, or eating an actual breakfast. Junk food will make anyone put on pounds unless they are under 18 and an athlete, or so supervised by their family that they have to stick to the serving size because their family says so.
