I was 200 calories over yesterday, ate more carbohydrate, and didn't ride or lift weights, but I'm still down 2 lbs.
27.3% bodyfat
204.4 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
