2 days of low carb lol trying to make a dent before sundays big meal 🤣 also had to start using protein powder again after relaizing I have over 20 lbs of it that expired a few months ago oops

I just started using my protein powder, part of the same impetus - expiring. But, I also have been having brain fog and I think it was because my protein was so low. So, having it in coffee, in fact right now as I type this!

the good part is you can use it for a long time after it expires but even at 1.5 scoops a day it will take me 133 days to knock out one 11lb bag 🤣 I preferr getting my protein from real foods so much more filling and I normally hit 180 to 200 grams without powder a day

I have about 5 lbs I am working my way through one scoop at a time in my morning coffee. Hopefully it will be gone in about 3 months. I used to add into yogurt or oatmeal but not doing that anymore unless I think my protein is low and needs a boost.

LaineAndTheDog98 I love Greek yogurt nothing wrong with it at all and it's the only dairy it wat consistently juts trying to use up a bunch of protein powder I found that I forgot about

Shark3000 thanks buddy, it's mostly carb related that my weight came down so much. I'm going to need another 3 weeks of dieting I think to hit what I'm looking to acheive. spartan is a month away now so 3 weeks is really all the time I have to do it anyway 🤣
