Feels so good to be shedding pounds quickly again. I'd slid a bit over the last month or so, but luckily, I never gained more than three pounds. Maybe the breather did my body good, as it seems to be reacting nicely to low carb again.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
