This weight today was really unexpected, I thought I'd see at least a small amount less than yesterday, but maybe is due to the walking or my period that it makes me retain water? Actually I have been drinking more in the past 2 days....not sure really, but today no gym, my legs are sore!
132.9 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
