Have to get back on track.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thanks, Justine. I remember talking about this, back when things were going well. You're right. Keep on keeping on. Since my last wake-up-call of a weigh in, I've gotten back on track. It's so much easier to just STAY on track, right? But since I can't seem to find the rewind button, I guess it's a matter of getting back in the groove now. Like you, I feel best on GF / DF... and I'll add low carb to that. So here we go again...

Yup, I know what you mean. I don't know if it is the time of year...which is probably ridiculous as we are in completely different seasons :-) but I'm in a bit of a funk myself. And you're right, there is no rewind button so staying on track is just easier, except when you fall off and have to get back on again. Still we know what we need to do, so let's just do it :-)
