What with Holiday this week I did eat extra, but still lost - so very happy with this result. saw Nutritionist today who advised i could soon go onto modifies plan which would allow my 1 550 cal meal each day. can't wait!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
