Apart from a bit of a blip on election day and during counts for both GE and local, including a celebratory curry, I've kept to plan of food packs on five days a week and food packs plus one meal at weekends. Weight is beginning to go. Hoorah.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
