Exactly the weight I was expecting after all I ate yesterday. I decided to stop the strict diet for few days, until I seriously focus on it, otherwise I'd waste only money.
134.9 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
