Been going to bed much too late eating too much shit at night. That’s going to stop starting tonight. This cold weather is wreaking havoc on my diet. I’m finding it very difficult to control my eating when it’s so freaking cold out.
150.4 lb Lost so far: 85.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i think the cold weather makes everyone want to hibernate 😅

I’ve actually been getting in a lot of activity relatively speaking even in the cold I’ve been hiking around 3 miles a day even though it’s been between zero and -8° proud of myself! Thanks to two face masks and four layers of running shirts!
