I haven't been as focused lately, but I'm maintaining my weight rather than yo-yoing up and down, and that's a kind of victory if I look at my past. I'm getting ready for a week in Key West, and I'm hoping to find some balance there, enjoying myself without going insane.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You have been going great consistently over such a long period of time now so the good thing is that you know that if you do go even a wee bit insane, you can pull it back. What goes up, can always come down :-) Enjoy

Thanks! I remember talking about this with you before, when you had company coming in, and I confessed that I didn't trust myself to take it easy. I'm feeling more confident now. Congrats on your amazing weight loss!
