Spin class yesterday - did much better than last week - think it's because I knew what to expect this time - I am going to try and do this once a week - love the instructor and she plays GREAT music... 55 minutes
Ok my sister-in- law has signed us up to run in the Susan B Komen Race for the Cure 5K in Miami this Saturday! My first 5K for Leukemia society was supposed to be next weekend in Orlando - so now I am really nervous because I'm doing 2 in a row!! Also we have signed up for a Half-Marathon in March! Oh My gosh! I am starting training now and hope at least I can walk/run it!
I'm kinda excited because this means I will have to stick with it!!
I'm going to the track now to get my first official time for the mile - more later!

Wow! Good luck on all of your races, I know you will do well. I should give spinning another try, I hated it the first time, but that was a while back, years ago.

My sister-in-law went to one by herself with a different instructor and said it was a great workout but the girl doing the class wasn't great - when we went together it was a different girl and the class was great! She let everyone just do what they could - some people had to leave early or sit back occasionally - it was fine - totally different experience so maybe you should try it again! When you are feeling better...
