Long weight journey to the end of my diet and I'm realizing that eating what I want EVERY DAY is not doable in order to maintain the weight that I'm comfortable with. Only episodic indulgences are allowed....and the day after back to very strict food control
133.6 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, that is true. If you watch naturally "thin" people eat, they eat in moderation and don't indulge every day. We will always have to watch what we eat and exercise in order to keep weight off.
