There's no question, I'm looking leaner. I just ordered an Omron Fat-Monitor, so I can track my body fat %. My goal is to lose weight slowly, and to keep as much muscle mass as possible.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
