Ran 5K on treadmill and did abs yesterday - did well on eating -
Today is my friend's birthday who is staying with me - stayed up last night and
made her a birthday cake for her to wake up to -
Last hurricane window installed and waiting on building inspector today - want to
make 12:00 spin class so hoping they come this morning! Have a pile of reports
to finish by tonight as well. Need a personal day....
148.8 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Spinning sounds like so much fun. One a'these days, I am going to take a spinning class. Did you see "Run, Fat Boy, Run"? The main character nearly dies his first time in class, ha-ha.

I have not seen that movie but everytime my brother runs in a race (he's very heavy) he says afterward "run fat boy run" ! I gotta see that movie I guess!
