Well, my not-so-good digital scale that only ways in 1/2 pound increments and which only tends to move in about 3-lb swings (must not be very sensitive) finally moved down again! I doubt I actually lost 3 lbs since just yesterday, but at least the scale moved again, and it's lower than it has ever been (in years). The main thing is that I'm trending downwards!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yep I have the same type of scale and I try to stay off of it until weigh day because of that, good for you keep it moving down your doing a great job.
