Had a good weekend - friend of mine and her son moved in with us yesterday - husband left her and she lost her home - this is second time it has happened to her - I am truly counting my blessings this week -
my husband and children, my health, my home.... everything else is truly just stuff.
have a great week!

149.0 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
