Still working on it.. I wish I could stop craving stuff that I can't/shouldn't have, it would make the stuff I don't want to eat go down a lot easier...

High blood pressure and high cholesterol sucks when you only like stuff that makes them worse....
261.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 50.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.0 lb a week
