i have been running and walking (1.5 walk and 1.5 run) 5 x a week and eating an increadable amount of salads... although for breakfast i have had a banana for the past 2 days.. CRAVING i should say.. so i guess i needed it! couple of slip ups but those are very minor. over all i happy with whats happening, slow moving to come off but i feel incredable!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 28.3 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week

I don't think craving healthier items is a huge issue. The longer you eat healthy, the easier it is to listen to your body and what it needs. You probably needed extra potassium, so you craved banana. Also if you are running and walking you probably needed it!
