Careful not to lose too much weight too quickly because you can lose cup sizes if you're a female just a warning. It doesn't seem to happen like that if you lose it more slowly I found out... Research shows you are able to keep a better muscle 💪 to fat ratio, too (also known body fat percentage) when you lose about 1-2lbs a week. I was losing more like six lbs a week 😞 and lost some beast size permanently. Congratulations 👏 on your work and diligence. Please take my comments as they were intended as friendly advise not as another then that 🥺. Happy Monday. 😊

Leah_guffey FYI: I am 69 years old. I have NO problem going down a few cup sizes, frankly. I have my degree in Culinary Arts and nutritional education comes along with that. I have a scale that analyzes my weight, fat %, muscle % and water %, so I am not the least concerned about the effects of my current rapid weight loss. Advice is very nice when it is asked for. Fortunately, as I said, I have a comprehensive education in nutrition and fitness and have, over years of trial and error, discovered what works for ME. Not everyone here has a full understand of micro and macro nutrition or the latest theories on weightloss. I appreciate your input however for some it could be discouraging. Thanks, but no thanks. I have found what works for me.

I'm sorry that my comment bothered you it wasn't intended to as I did put in the bottom there of my post. It was my experience about the cup size losses I shared also in my post, and it is supported by research I found when I looked why this happened to me. I did congratulate you when no else did and I'm very sorry that it didn't communicate that in a effective manner in my post. I will avoid posting on your posts so not to bother or to inflame you further. I certainly don't want to bother you I was trying to be supportive and helpful but if I since I bother you I'll simply leave you be. I apologize for bothering you. Congratulations 👏 on your loss.
