Wellllll, it's been 3 years since I was on here and I've gained 5 more pounds. I'm going to try again. I'm not a failure unless I don't try. I weighed myself this evening, just to get an idea. I really didn't watch what I ate today as I am planning on starting tomorrow. I had to eat my leftovers today from a nice meal we brought home from a restaurant last night. LOL. Soooo...tomorrow, I shall start.
217.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 97.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try not to rely on will power and deprivation alone. There are lots of lower calorie alternatives to most of the high calorie foods that you are probably eating. This forum is a great place to get ideas. Best wishes.
