Day 10 of Covid.
I still feel exhausted and dizzy when I stand up.

210.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb. Still to go: 26.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.3 lb a week

I was the same after I had it. I got Long Haulers. I make an effort to avoid reinfection.
