Okay, I had to start all over. I totally went off my diet and gained a crazy amount of weight. I'm the heaviest I've ever been. I wouldn't even record it on here because people can "Google" you. I may have to change my email/screen name. Anyway, I was 221 and today I am 217.2. I am doing an "okay" job. I'm doing good with food, but not as great as I'd like to be with exercise. I have a program at work I use, so will have to print that out and put it on here. It's good to be back here! I am really trying, but yes, the weather plays in on it, with me. LOL.
