Solid day yesterday….Break from strenuous exercise. Swam a mile and did hour beach walk. No Gym no squash…ate very well…Blueberries, Tomatoes, Oysters, Sardines, Yogurt, Almonds, all good foods. Angiogenesis foods!!

Today will be bigger workout day……

Onward and upward.
182.1 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 6.3 lb a week
