Been a roller coaster over the last month with life and weight! Work changes, family death...I eat nothing for 2wks then binge another 2! Back on track AND back in the gym toward goal. I dont like the scale creeping back up!
300.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 155.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
