Switched off from the treadmill yesterday - did the recumbent bike, elliptical and stairmaster. Did five minutes on the stairmaster and it said I worked 60 kcal! Not sure how much of that my knees would survive though!
At the fields last night for baseball practice - beautiful evening.
We are all going to see the Toy Story 3D double feature today - I am seriously bringing carrot sticks with me!

145.4 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great to hear that you are planning well for the movies! I can't watch movies in the theater without wanting to eat. Great to hear that your exercises are still going well.
