Exercise is all good - eating not so great and I'm gaining like crazy! Think it's water weight - hoping it will pass - failed my goal for weigh in today. :(
Increasing water intake and exercise this week - shooting for 7 days straight at the gym as my goal - 12 glasses of water a day - hoping to stop this mad climb!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
