To date I have official lost a total of 32 pounds. Because my starting weight was 250.0 and I only started working out this year so I had to start my weight from the beginning of 2015. I started off by changing my portions. Then in the new year I started dailyburn as my work out and I've lost 17 pounds since I started working out in the span of two months as of yesturday because I started working out on January 4th, 2015. Every once in a while I fall off the calorie counting band wagon but the very next day I'm back on it. Because let's face it we ALL need one day to spurge. And in fact one day won't kill you. I want to help support anyone I can because if I can do it so can you.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
