Uh oh - ice cream.
No workout yesterday - work got in the way - definitely going to the gym today - hoping for some time in the pool - lots of work to do so we'll see.
Mini goal - hit new low by next week. Three day weekend to jump start - going to work out this weekend to make up for mistakes with food this week!
146.6 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
