3 days without Lasix and I am back in the red 😱😭

264.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 99.4 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 12.1 lb a week

I know it's frustrating, but that's probably just water weight, not fat gain.
