Slowly, but surely whittling my way below 160 that will be a real victory! I’m about to have oral surgery and so I’m not going to be able to work out for almost a week which is a real bummer and I hope my weight doesn’t suffer because I’m gonna have to be eating some frozen soft stuff like macaroni and cheese and that’s high in sodium but hopefully the weight retention will be temporary! Wish me luck!
