SCALE HASENT MOVED BUT THAT IS OKSY ... FOR ALL OF MY LACK OF MOVEMENT I HAVE NOT GAINED AND THAT IS GOOD...

BUT THIS MORNING I DID 3 MILES WALKING... HAPPY WITH THAT AND
I HAD A GOD AWEFUL VEGETABLE SHAKE ... OMG IT WAS AWEFUL BUT I DRANK IT
AND EVEN IF I SCREW UP THE REST OF THE DAY ...
AT LEAST I STARTED OUT STRONG!!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been wanting to try juicing/shakes and haven't yet. I need to check them out and make sure I find some low-cal ones. Do you have any favs?
