Plan to do some yoga and rock climbing today-- no cycling in the chilly snow.
165.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Buy a set of rollers to ride indoors if you are a serious cyclist.

That is good advice-- and I might have done that a year ago but I have become much more fixated on climbing specific fitness these days. I mainly keep my cycling to commuting and light recreation and have been in the process of de-training my legs a bit in order to increase my finger strength to weight ratio for climbing. My goal routes for spring season are very steep and reward skinny legs.
