Better day yesterday - treadmill at gym and stayed under points - hip bothering me again so have to switch back to low impact. My sister-in-law joined the same gym and now we call each other to go - yesterday I was swamped with work but she called and left a message she was going and it made me want to go! Great to have someone to motivate you like that!
145.2 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is really nice to have someone working out with you. This might be a good idea for that updated goals list..."find a workout partner". Keep it up.
