Yesterday was bad - complete day of excess! Lazed on the couch - no exercise, watched football. Feel like I ate anything that wasn't moving - oh my.... better day today. Back on track - wow, what was I thinking?
146.2 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sounds like football got in the way of everybody's progress yesterday. Good job getting back on track today.

I know the "watch football day" very well. Its still hard for me to watch a game without chips or snacks of some kind.
